These hikes are not for you! These hikes include route finding and technical abilities. They may include climbing, rappelling, fall danger, wading or swimming, or flood hazard. These hikes will most definitely include the biological hazards of poison oak, rattlesnakes, and ticks. These hikes are for the few crazy people out there that like adventure and would never sue somebody when they get hurt because of their own choices or actions.
