With deep regrets, I submit that the Sesnon Road trail, for so
long an access to other great trails connecting in that area,
has now given way to development, with NO TRESPASSING signs posted
on the gate, and heavy machinery cutting thru the mountains, scouring
and scaping the landscape. How much longer can we enjoy something
we've had for so long and probably have taken for granted???

Redbox Cyn. (the link from "Strawberry Peak") is
also a great ride as an 18 mile downhill starting at Redbox and
finishing down close to Pasadena. It's a shuttle ride and VERY
IMPORTANT is the fact that there are numerous turnoffs that are
not overt, obvious or easy to remember by my own experience. Anyways,
proceed on this ride w/someone who has done it before, like my
friend Mike Roth. This ride is actually one of the best that I
have ever done, takes you thru about every type of terrain that
you can imagine w/the exception of the sand that you find in Palm
Springs.
