This is a wonderful new paved path along the Los Angeles River.
It is almost 8 miles long with new smooth pavement from Riverside
Drive to Fletcher Drive. It has older pavement from Fletcher drive
to the LA River Egret Park, which is almost underneath the 110
freeway.
Distances: Riverside to Los Feliz, 3.4 mi; Los Feliz to Glendale,
0.7 mi; Glendale to Fletcher, 0.8 mi; Fletcher to Riverside/110
Freeway, 2.9 mi.
Trail head: Access points are found at Riverside Drive
by Griffith Park and the 5 Freeway, several access points directly
from Griffith Park, Los Feliz Blvd, Glendale Blvd, Fletcher Drive,
and Riverside Drive by the 110 Freeway.
